Description

The ASSR-15XX S eries is specifi cally desig ned f or high current applications, commonly found in the industrial applications.

The ASSR-15X X S eries c onsists of an AlG aAs infrar ed light- emitting diode (LED ) input stage optically coupled to a high-v oltage output det ector circuit.

  • 60V Output Withstand Voltage.
  • 1.0A or 2.0A Current Rating (See Schematic for ASSR-1511 Connections A & B).
  • Low Input Current: CMOS Compatibility.
  • L ow On-Resistance: 0.12 Typical for DC-only, 0.35 Typical for AC/DC.
  • Very High Output Off-state Impedance: 10 Teraohms Typical.
  • High Speed Switching: 0.25ms (Ton), 0.02ms (Toff ) Typica.

The ASSR-15X X S eries c onsists of an AlG aAs infrar ed light- emitting diode (LED ) input stage optically coupled to a high-v oltage output det ector circuit. The detector c onsists of a high-speed phot ovoltaic diode array and driv er circuitry to switch on/off t wo discrete high v oltage MOSFE Ts. The r elay turns on (c ontact closes) with a minimum input curr ent of 3mA thr ough the input LED .
