ASSR-3210, ASSR-3211, ASSR-3220 General Purpose, Form A, Solid State Relay (Photo MOSFET) (250V/0.2A/10) Data Sheet Lead (Pb) Free RoHS 6 fully compliant RoHS 6 fully compliant options available; -xxxE denotes a lead-free product Description The ASSR-32X X S eries c onsists of an AlG aAs infrar ed light-emitting diode (LED) input stage optically coupled to a high-v oltage output det ector circuit. The detector consists of a high-speed phot ovoltaic diode arra y and driver circuitry to switch on/off t wo discrete high v oltage MOSFETs. The relay turns on (contact closes) with a minimum input current of 3mA thr ough the input LED. The relay turns off (contact opens) with an input voltage of 0.8V or less.
