Description
Highly reliable FCQFN 1.2mm×1.2mm-9L The AW339XX features an ultra-low 30mΩ (typ.) package Rdson nFET load switch. When input voltage - Integrated low Rdson nFET switch: typical 30mΩ exceeds the OVP threshold, the switch is turned off - 5A continuous current capability very fast to prevent damage to the protected - Default Over-Voltage Protection (OVP) threshold downstream devices.
