AWINIC AW33910
The AW339XX features an ultra-low 30mΩ (typ.) package Rdson nFET load switch. When input voltage Integrated low Rdson nFET switch: typical 30mΩ exceeds the OVP threshold, the switch is turned off 5A continuous current capability very fast to prevent damage to the protected Default Over-Voltage Protection (OVP) threshold downstream devices.
