Description

AW37030YXXX is a low dropout voltage regulator featuring low ON resistance, high PSRR, low Noise, good load/line transient response and smooth softstart.

AW37030YXXX integrates current limit, short circuit protection, thermal shutdown, sufficiently protecting IC from being damaged.

  • Input voltage range: 1.4V to 5.5V.
  • Fixed outputs of 1.1V, 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 2.85V, 3.0V, 3.1V, 3.3V.
