AW8637C December 2019 V1.1 H-Bridge DC Motor Driver Features General Description  Drives a DC Motor or Other Loads The AW8637C provides an integrated motor driver  Rdson HS + LS: 950mΩ  1.1-A Maximum Drive Current solution for cameras, consumer products, toys, and l other low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. The device can drive one dc motor or  VDD: 1.8V to 12V Supply Voltage Range  VCC: 1.8V to 5.5V Supply Voltage Range  Low-Power Sleep Mode With 120-nA Maximum Sleep Current  DFN 2mm X2mm X0.75mm-8L package  Short-Circuit Protection  Over-Temperature Protection  Under-Voltage Protection tia other devices like solenoids. The output driver block consists of N-channel power MOSFETs configured as an H-bridge to drive the motor winding.
