AWINIC AW9967
The AW9967 is a white LED (WLED) driver with l 200mV Reference Voltage Up to 89% Efficiency for 2P7S LEDs PWM control input for CABC operation 1.1MHz Switching Frequency 38V Over-voltage Protection for up to 10 LEDs in Series 2.7V to 5.5V Input Voltage Range tia integrated boost converter. The boost converter runs at 1.1MHz fixed switching frequency, with an internal 40V, 2A switch FET, the AW9967 can drive one string (up to 10 LEDs) and parallel LED strings.
