ACT6701 Overview
The ACT670_ MobileLDOTM series products are high performance low dropout voltage regulators designed for portable applications with very low quiescent current (23µA) and dropout voltage (110mV at 150mA). The ACT670_ LDOs have typical current limit of 450mA and are available in high accuracy (1.5%) output voltages from 1.5V to 5V in 50mV increments.
