AAT1103 Description
2.5V to 7V The AAT1103/AAT1103A is a single channel pulse-width-modulation (PWM) controller circuit solution for low voltage applications. A low minimum operating voltage of 2.5V is ideal for the power supply voltage of Li-Ion battery-operated electronic equipment. The IC provides soft start, short circuit protection and shut down functions.
