General Description

The AAT1118 is an adjustable triple-channel TFT LCD DC-DC converter that provides one current mode PWM, one positive charge pump and one negative charge pump.

Built-in functions include soft-start and power up sequencing.

When power is turned on, soft-start avoids inrush current.
