AAT11671 - INTEGRATED TFT LCD POWER SOLUTION

General Description

The AAT11671 provides a step-up PWM controller, negative high voltage LDO drivers, low dropout linear regulator, VCOM operational amplifier and one high voltage switch (up to 28V) for TFT LCD display.

RST pin will issue a reset signal to TCOM when VDD voltage is too low.
