Description
The AAT1343 provides an integrated two-channel pulse-width-modulation (PWM) solution for the z Precision Reference¡G 2.5V ± 1% (25 oC) power supply of DC-DC system; this device offers z Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) Protection the systems engineer flexibility to tailor-make the z Open Drain Output power supply circuitry for specific applications. z Output Short Circuit Protection Each channel contains its own error amplifier, z Low Dissipation Current¡G 1.6mA PWM comparator, dead–time control (DTC) and z Dead-Time Control¡G 0 % to 100% output driver.
