Advanced Power Electronics Corp. APE1707-HF-3 150kHz, 2A PWM Buck DC/DC Converter Features Description Output voltage: Fixed 3.3V, 5V, 12V and adjustable output (1.23V to 38.5V) versions. The APE1707-HF-3 series consists of step-down DC-DC converters with the ability to drive a 2A load without an Fixed switching frequency, 150KHz ±15%. Voltage mode non-synchronous PWM control. Thermal-shutdown and current-limit protection. external switching transistor, saving board space. The external shutdown function can be controlled by logic level signals to put the device in standby mode. The internal compensation allows feedback control for good line and load regulation without ON/OFF shutdown control input. Short Circuit Protection (SCP). Operating voltage up to 40V. external components.
