MUX8520 Description
Aeroflex’s MUX8520 is a radiation tolerant, 16 channel multiplexer MCM (Multi Chip Module) with electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection on all channel inputs. The MUX8520 has been specifically designed to meet exposure to radiation environments. It is available in a 56 lead High Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic (HTCC) Quad Flatpack (CQFP).
