The MSW2020-202 Silicon PIN Diode, Surface Mount SP2T T-R Switch is manufactured using Aeroflex / Metelics proven hybrid manufacturing process incorporating High Voltage PIN Diodes and passive devices integrated within a ceramic substrate.
