T7234, T7237, and T7256 Compliance with the New ETSI PSD Requirement

The European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) has identified a change in the requirement of the power spectral density (PSD) for Basic Rate Interface ISDN. Section A.12.4, Power Spectral Density, of ETSI TS080 states the following:

The upper boundary of the power spectral density of the transmitted signal shall be as shown in Figure 1, below. Measurements to verify compliance with this requirement are to use a noise power bandwidth of 1.0 kHz.
