AiT Semiconductor Inc. www.ait-ic.com A24C32 EEPROM TWO-WIRE SERIAL32K BITS (4096 X 8) DESCRIPTION FEATURES A24C32 provides 32768 bits of serial electrically  Two-Wire Serial Interface erasable and programmable read-only memory  VCC = 1.8V To 5.5V (EEPROM) organized as 4096 words of 8 bits  Bi-Directional Data Transfer Protocol each.  Internal Organized 4096x8(32K bits)  400KHz (1.8V, 2.7V, 5V) Compatibility The A24C32 is optimized for use in many industrial  32-byte Page(32K) Write Mode and commercial applications where low-power and  Partial Page Writes Allowed low-voltage operations are essential.  Self-Timed Write Cycle (5ms Max)  High-Reliability The A24C32 is accessed via a two-wire serial  1 Million Write Cycles guaranteed interface.
