FEATURES The A25CM02 is electrically erasable programmable memory (EEPROM) organized as 262144 x 8 bits, accessed through the SPI bus. The A25CM02 can operate with a supply range from 2.8V to 5.5V. The A25CM02 offers an additional page, named the Identification Page (256 bytes).
