FEATURES
The A4776 is Adjustable USB Load Current Switch
- 2.5 to 5.5V input voltage range
Current Limited designed for high-side load switching
- Controlled turn-on applications. The internal current-limiting circuit
- 0.15-1.3A adjustable current limit protects the input supply against large output short
- ±6% current limit accuracy circuit current which may cause the supply to fall out
- 0.25ohm on resistance of regulation.
- Fast current limit response time
The current limit threshold is programmed with an
- Logic Control Shutdown (IQ<1u A) external resistor from ISET Pin to ground. The
- Thermal shutdown and UVLO quiescent supply current is typically 150μA, making
- Reverse current blocking the device ideal for portable battery-operated
- Available in SOT-25 Package equipment. In shutdown mode, the supply current decreases to less than 0.1μA.
