AiT Semiconductor Inc. www.ait-ic.com A4776 SWITCH ADJUSTABLE USB LOAD CURRENT SWITCH DESCRIPTION FEATURES The A4776 is Adjustable USB Load Current Switch  2.5 to 5.5V input voltage range Current Limited designed for high-side load switching  Controlled turn-on applications. The internal current-limiting circuit  0.15-1.3A adjustable current limit protects the input supply against large output short  ±6% current limit accuracy circuit current which may cause the supply to fall out  0.25ohm on resistance of regulation.  Fast current limit response time The current limit threshold is programmed with an  Logic Control Shutdown (IQ<1uA) external resistor from ISET Pin to ground.
