The detection voltage is fixed internally with an accuracy of ±2.4% Nch open-drain. Low current consumption and miniature package lineup can meet demand from the portable device applications. A4805 is available in SOT-89-3 & TO-92 packages.  Low current consumption 3μA typ.(VIN=8V)  High-precision detection voltage ±2.4%  Operating voltage range -0.3 V to 22 V  Detection voltage 2.4 V to 7.0 V (0.
