FEATURES The A6300 is a series of CMOS positive linear regulators features enable pin function with low dropout voltage, making them ideal for battery powered applications. The A6300 features a fixed output voltage for 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 2.85V, 3.0V, 3.3V and 4.0V. The A6300 has both thermal shutdown and current limiting to prevent device failure under extreme operating conditions.
