DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
The A7230 is a monolithic synchronous buck 3A Output Current
regulator. The device integrates 100mΩ MOSFETS Wide 4.75V to 18V Operating Input Range
that provide 3A continuous load current over a wide Integrated 100mΩ Power MOSFET Switches
operating input voltage of 4.75V to 18V. Current mode Output Adjustable from 0.925V to 15V
control provides fast transient response and cycle-by- Up to 95% Efficiency
cycle current limit.

Stable with Low ESR Ceramic Output
An adjustable soft-start prevents inrush current at
