A7322 Description
FEATURES The A7322 is a fully integrated, synchronous rectified Wide input voltage range: 4.2V to 28V step-down converter that provides wide 4.2V to 28V 2A output current input voltage range and 2A continuous load current 0.8V reference voltage capability. The A7322 can operate at PFM mode to Low RDS(ON) integrated power MOSFET achieve high efficiency and reduce power loss at light (180/110mΩ) load.
