AiT Semiconductor Inc. www.ait-ic.com A7501 DC-DC CONVERTER/BOOST(STEP-UP) SUPER-SMALL PACKAGE VFM CONTROL STEP-UPSWITCHING REGULATOR DESCRIPTION FEATURES The A7501 Series is a CMOS VFM-control step-up  Low voltage operation: Start up at 0.9V min switching regulator that mainly consists of a reference (IOUT=1mA) guaranteed voltage source, an oscillator, and a comparator.  Low input current: During maximum operation: Enabling products with a low ripple over a wide range, high efficiency, and high output current.  18μA (VOUT=3.3V, typ.) Duty ratio: 77% Built-in fixed-type PFM Products with a fixed duty ratio of 75 %（Lower Output controller Voltage）or 88%(Higher Output Voltage) are also  External parts: Coil, capacitor, and diode available.
