A7632 www.ait-ic.com DC-DC CONVERTER (BOOST) 2A 28V 1.2MHz CURRENT MODE STEP-UP CONVERTER DESCRIPTION FEATURES The A7632 is a constant frequency, current mode  2.5V to 24V Input Voltage step-up converter intended for small, low power  Up to 28V Output Voltage applications.  Accurate reference: 0.6V The A7632 switches at 1.2MHz and allows the use of  Integrated 80mΩ power MOSFET tiny, low cost capacitors and inductors 2mm or less in  1.2MHz switching frequency height. Internal soft-start results in small inrush  Internal 3A switch current Limit current and extends battery life.
