AiT Semiconductor Inc. www.ait-ic.com A8160A LED BACKLIGHT DRIVER ASYNCHRONIES BOOST FOR 10WLED DRIVER DESCRIPTION FEATURES The A8160A is a step-up DC-DC converter  specifically designed for driving white LEDs with a  VIN Operating Range : 2.5V to 5.5V Internal Power N-MOSFET Switch constant current.  Wide Range for PWM Dimming The internal MOSFET can support up to 10 White (100Hz to 200kHz) LEDs for backlighting and OLED power application,  1.0MHz Switch Frequency and the internal soft start function can reduce the  300mV Feedback Voltage inrush current.  1.2A SW Current Limit The A8160A uses current mode, fixed frequency of  Minimize the External Component Counts approximately 1.
