The A8176 is a constant frequency, SOT-25 current
- Integrated 0.7Ω Power MOSFET mode step-up converter intended for small, low power
- 400μA Quiescent Current applications. The A8176 switches at 1.0MHz and
- 3.0V to 5.5V Input Voltage allows the use of tiny, low cost capacitors and
- 1.0MHz Fixed Switching Frequency inductors 2mm or less in height. Internal soft-start
