The AT1393 provides a plete power solution for digital still and video cameras through the integration of synchronous rectification topology , soft start function and short circuit detection function. This IC is ideal for applications that use either 2 or 3 alkaline or NIMH batteries as well as those using a single Li-ion battery. 2F, No.10, Prosperity RD.
