AT1396D Description
The AT1396A/B/C/D provide a plete power supply solution for digital cameras. They improve performance, ponent count, and size pared to other multi-channel controllers in 2-cell AA, 1-cell Li-Ion, and dual-battery designs. On-chip MOSFETs provide up to 92~95% efficiency for critical power supplies, while additional channels operate with external FETs for optimum design flexibility.
