Block Diagram The circuit includes temperature pensated voltage regular, Hall plate, signal amplifier and hysteresis parator in single silicon chip. The regulated voltage provides the reference voltage for the hall plate. A magnetic field perpendicular to the sensor surface generates a hall voltage, which is amplified and then sent to a hysteresis parator.
