AF1800A Description
The AF1800A is a peak current PWM high efficiency HBLED driver control IC. It allows HBLEDs from voltage sources ranging from 10VDC up to 600VDC. The AF1800A controls an external MOSFET at fixed switching frequency up to 300kHz.
