The A6270-1 is a linear, programmable current controller capable of accurately regulating LED current in two strings with external MOSFETs.

Features

AEC-Q100 qualified.
5.3 to 40 V supply; operates down to 5.1 V, when enabled.
LED current programmed independently with two external MOSFETs.
Flexible LED dimming options.
Integrated PWM dimming set by resistors.
External PWM dimming set by microcontroller.
Analog voltage control for PWM dimming.
Current slew rate limit during PWM dimming.
