A patented circuit eliminates the need for an external current-sense resistor, achieving additional headroom. Intrinsic ground clamp and flyback diodes are also provided. The voice-coil system incorporates a MOS H-bridge driver, sense amplifier, error amplifier, and programmable retract circuitry.
