General Description

The APS12000 and APS12060 families of Hall-effect latches are AEC-Q100 qualified for 24 V automotive applications and compliant with ISO 26262:2011 ASIL A.

These sensors are temperature-stable and suited for operation over extended junction temperature ranges up to 175°C.
