AOZ17517QI is a current-limiting protection eFuse targeting applications that require front end protection at the input line.

Both VIN and VOUT terminals are rated at 27V absolute maximum.

There is a programmable soft-start

an internal over current protection circuit that protects the supply from large load current. The over current threshold can be set externally with a resistor. AOZ17517QI also integrates accurate analog current and voltage monitoring signals. It can also be paralleled for higher current.
