The AOZ23645RQI is a high-efficiency, easy-to-use DC/DC synchronous buck regulator capable of operation from a 4 V to 28 V input bus.

Wide input voltage range - 4 V to 28 V.
Support Intel ITDC up to 16 A.
Support Intel ICCMAX up to 32 A.
2 bits programmable output voltage adjustable from 0 V to 1.8 V.
Integrated high performance trench MOSFETs capable of : - High peak current - Up to 45 A with 10ms on pulse - Up to 70 A with 10μs on pulse - Low RDS(ON) internal NFETs - 11 mΩ high-side - 4 mΩ low-side.
Constant On-Time with input feed-forward.
Programmable frequenc.
