The AOZ53071QI is a high efficiency synchronous buck power stage module consisting of two asymmetrical MOSFETs and an integrated driver.

2.5 V to 25 V power supply range.
4.5 V to 5.5 V driver supply range.
80 A continuous output current - Up to 90 A for 10 ms on pulse - Up to 120 A for 10 µs on pulse.
Up to 2 MHz switching operation.
3 V / 5 V PWM / Tri-State input compatible.
Under-Voltage lockout protection.
SMOD# control for Diode Emulation / CCM operation.
