The AOZ8654BLT-05 is a 4-channel transient voltage suppressor designed to protect data lines such as USB2.0 and SD/SIM card from damaging ESD events.

This device incorporates 5 Unidirectional TVS diodes in a single package.

During transient conditions, the bidirectional diodes direct the transient to either the positive side of the power supply line or to ground.

IEC 61000 IE-4-2, ESD immunity: - Air discharge: ±30 kV - Contact Discharge: ±30 kV.
IEC 61000-4-5 (Lightning) 12 A (8/20 s).
Human Body Mode: ±8 kV.
Protects four I/O lines.
Low capacitance between I/O to GND: 2.5 pF.
Low clamping voltage.
Reverse working voltage: 5.5 V.
