AO4625
Overview
The AO4625 uses advanced trench technology MOSFETs to provide excellent RDS(ON) and low gate charge. The complementary MOSFETs may be used in power inverters, and other Product AO4625 is Pbfree (meets ROHS & Sony 259 specifications).
