AOD482 Overview
The AOD482/AOI482 bines advanced trench MOSFET technology with a low resistance package to provide extremely low RDS(ON). This device is ideal for boost converters and synchronous rectifiers for consumer, tele, industrial power supplies and LED backlighting. The value of RqJA is measured with the device mounted on 1in2 FR-4 boar.
