The AOZ1356DI is a current-limiting protection switch targeting applications that require prehensive protections. For AOZ1356DI-01 and -02 the input operating voltage range is 3.4 V to 5.5V, and for AOZ1356DI-05 and -06, the input operating voltage range is between 3.6V and 5.3V. The output terminal is rated 28 V.
