AOZ1390DI Description
The AOZ1390DI ideal diode switch is intended for applications that require reverse current protection and “Power ORing” supply configuration. The input operating voltage range is between 3.3 V and 23 V, and both VIN and VOUT terminals are rated at 30 V . The AOZ1390DI provides under-voltage lockout, over-voltage, and over-temperature protection.
