AOZ2297QI-03 Description
The AOZ2297QI-03 is a high-efficiency, easy-to-use DC/ DC buck regulator that targeted for system-power supply solution. The devices are capable of supplying 18A of continuous output current with 3.3V output voltage. The AOZ2297QI-03 integrates an internal linear regulator to generate 3.3V VREG3P3 from input.
