AOZ2297QI-05 Description
The AOZ2297QI-05 is a high-efficiency, easy-to-use DC/ DC buck regulator that targeted for system-power supply solution. The devices are capable of supplying 18 A of continuous output current with 5.1 V output voltage. The AOZ2297QI-05 integrates an independent internal linear regulator to generate 5.0 V VREG5 from input.
