AOZ32063MQV Description
The AOZ32063MQV is a high performance three- phase brushless, DC motor driver. It is able to drive three halfbridges consisting of six N-channel power MOSFETs up to 60V for three-phase application. The AOZ32063MQV uses a bootstrap capacitor to generate a supply voltage for the high-side MOSFET driver.
