AOZ32103MQV-06 Description
The AOZ32103MQV-06 is a high performance three-phase motor driver. It is able to drive three half-bridges consisting of six N-channel power MOSFETs for three-phase application. AOZ32103MQV-06 has a very low shutdown current (< 1µA) when nSLEEP pin is low, which is very suitable for portable products.
