General Description
The AOZ6643DI is a current-mode step down regulator with integrated high-side NMOS switch and low-side NMOS switch that operates up to 18V. The device is capable of supplying 3A of continuous output current with an output voltage adjustable down to 0.8V (±1.5%).
Features include, enable control, Power-On Reset, input under-voltage lockout, output over-voltage protection, internal soft-start and thermal shutdown.
The AOZ6643DI is available in a 3mm x 3mm DFN-8L package and is rated over a -40°C to +85°C ambient temperature range.
