AZKN9125N Overview
AZKN9125N is a ±8 kV IEC 61000-4-2 protected Controller Area Network (CAN) transceiver IC. It serves as an interface between a CAN protocol controller (MCU) and the physical two-wire CAN bus. This device operates at 5 V power supply and is fully pliant with ISO 11898-2:2016 standard for CAN FD application.
