AP1506 Description
The AP1506 series are monolithic IC designed for a step-down DC/DC co nverter, and ow n the ability of driving a 3A load without external transistor. Due to reducing the number of external p onent, t he board space c an b e sa ved ea sily. The external shutdown function can b e co ntrolled b y lo gic l evel and t hen e into st andby m ode.
