I f cur rent li mit f unction occurred an d V FB is d own to 0.5V below, the switching frequency will be reduced. The AP1506 series operate at a switching frequency of 150KHz thus all owing smal ler size d f ilter co mponents t han what would b e needed w ith lower fr equency switching r egulators.
