AD9955 - 85Mhz Direct Digital Synthesizer

Description

The AD99SS is a 100 MHz direct digital synthesizer for frequency synthesis applications.

It comprises a 32-bit phase accumulator and a IS-bit phase-to-12-bit sine amplitude converter.

The control logic is CMOS compatible, and the clock input is TTL.
